Yes, for sure! And what I love is that even if we don't follow the inner guidance, we are still taken care of. Of course, it's a lot more fun and blissful when we do, but it was really comforting knowing that the Universe always has my (and everyone's) back. So nothing is ever truly "bad" - it is always an opportunity. The question is - how big and dramatic do we need our "opportunities" to be? That's when following our guidance serves us the most. Then things don't have to be as big and dramatic. Love! xo

This bar is definitely the bomb taste and texture-wise, however, it does contain sugar--refined sugar at that. Both brown rice syrup and agave syrup are refined sugar products. I like to avoid those things too but THIS bar is just SO good and just so full of mostly great stuff I won't be denying myself very often when I want a goody and this Millionaire bar shows up in front of my face!
